1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of BeanLog (the Service) operated by d4mura Lab. (we, us, or our). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- User refers to any person who uses the Service.
- User Content refers to reviews, ratings, comments, photos, and other content posted by users.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating applicable laws or public order
- Posting false or misleading information
- Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Scraping or mass data collection
- Unauthorized commercial use
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us
5. User Content
BeanLog has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content will be removed and offending accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- You retain copyright ownership of your User Content.
- You acknowledge that, due to the nature of the Service, User Content is generally made publicly available and may be viewed inside or outside the Service, including display on publicly accessible websites that do not require login, indexing by search engines, and display in formats such as shared images.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (including sublicense rights) to use User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
- We may remove User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to us or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute these without our prior written consent.
7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- We may modify the Service at any time without prior notice.
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or force majeure events.
- We may terminate the Service with 30 days prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Paid Services
- The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (BeanLog Pro).
- Pricing and features for the paid plan are displayed within the app and on the relevant App Store page.
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple terms of service.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel your subscription through your App Store settings. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the settings screen within the app. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account (profile, posts, ratings, etc.) will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Service. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
