From the highlands of San José del Alto (Cajamarca, Peru), Finca La Palestina 'Gesha Inca' #5485 is produced by José Praxedes Alarcón Coronel. Grown at 1,700–1,900 masl under an agroforestry system without synthetic chemicals, this Gesha Inca (SL09) lot is processed using a meticulous washed method. The cup opens with vibrant blackcurrant acidity, layered jasmine florals, and finishes with sweet orange notes.
